Eat, Drink and Be Married

On Saturday night my cousin, James, married his long-time partner, Amber. Their five year old son was the ring bearer and their three year old daughter was the flower girl. It was a fun wedding, as evidenced by the words on their invitation, which I stole for the title of this post. (Yes, I know, more copyright infringement issues.)

I loved the centrepieces, I enjoyed visiting with my cousins and holding my cousin's eight week old son, and my favourite part of the evening was dancing with Sam, Rachel and Dave. I also really liked drinking my special Christmas cocktail of raspberry vodka with cranberry and lime juice :) I was a little less excited about how often Sam and Rachel visited the candy bar. Sam and Miss No-Nap Rachel stayed up until almost midnight and had a blast. I'm going to end this post with some a lot of pictures, and while you are looking at them, just remember there is a reason I am not a wedding photographer :) Ha ha ha!!!

  2. Oooo, I love that festive candy bar! Yum! All of the Christmas party post and pinterest ideas make me really want to throw a party in December, but I don't know too many people who would come to it. Sigh. And I think your hair looks super cute in these pictures.

  4. I love the centerpieces! That was actually what I initially wanted to do with the centerpieces for our wedding. And I absolutely love that candy bars are so in now. That was probably one of my favorites parts of our wedding!

Thank you for being interested in my life as I blog it and for leaving a comment. Comments make me happier than reading a good book and drinking a cold Coke. Almost :)
