Daily Photo: November 26 - December 2, 2019

November 26, 2019 -- Sam has been a part of a neighbourhood basketball skills program this fall. He didn't love it which was good to find out. However, he did pick up some sweet skills!

November 27, 2019 -- I had this Cream of Carrot-Cheddar soup on our menu plan for awhile and, unfortunately, meals kept shifting around. The kids were so excited that I finally made it this day. It was a cold, wet day so it was perfect soup weather.

November 28, 2019 -- We haven't been attending our weekly church program this fall but everyone was invited to come and participate in labyrinth night. We took advantage of it and it was a beautiful evening. I love this way of kicking off Advent.

November 29, 2019 -- I overdid it on the yard work the previous day and was very sore so it was nice to have an excuse to sit under a couple of blankets on the couch and re-read this book for book club.

November 30, 2019 -- Back on Thanksgiving Day (October 14 this year), the kids picked up these leaves and chestnuts on our fall walk. I didn't know what to do with them so they have been a centrepiece on our table for the past seven weeks. Since they will soon be replaced by the Advent wreath, I wanted to get a picture.

December 1, 2019 -- Rachel was a polar bear in her dance studio's performance this day. Hahaha!!!

December 2, 2019 -- We had an ice storm the previous day followed by a bunch of snow. Fun times! Sam has cleared off the patio area to make a "skating rink." Good luck with that kid :)

Thank you for being interested in my life as I blog it and for leaving a comment. Comments make me happier than reading a good book and drinking a cold Coke. Almost :)
