Sam Is Six!!!

To my dear Sam-Sam-Sam,

Today you are six!!!

One week ago

 

You are such a fun, smart, curious, stubborn, thoughtful person to have around.

On your second day of life

You love playing with Lego and cars. You love reading and you read so well. You are reading at about a second-third grade level and you are only in Senior Kindergarten! You mostly love non-fiction and finding out interesting facts.

 

On your first birthday

You are such a good big brother to Rachel. She adores you and with good reason. You love to play with her, read her books, and you do your best to cheer her up when she is sad. I love watching the two of you together. 

On your second birthday

You are so funny when it comes to food. Your favourite thing to eat is tuna noodle casserole. But you also love olives, jicama, and spicy food. Your favourite pizza is pepperoni, black olives, and spicy sausage. You love green salads too!

On your third birthday

We just got back from a big road trip to the Southern US. You loved traveling. You were great in the car and did lots of colouring and read a lot of books. You liked seeing all the new places and you did great with meeting a lot of new people. Your favourite thing to do was play mini golf and we played four times!

On your fourth birthday

You get so excited to get mail. You get the Chirp magazine every month and the Lego Club magazine every couple of months. The days those come are your favourite days! You also LOVE Thursdays because on Thursdays we have LOGOS. This year you got to participate fully and you thought it was the best thing ever. You are already asking when LOGOS starts again in the fall. 

 On your fifth birthday

Sam, Daddy and I love you so much. We are so proud to be your parents and we love watching you grow into such an amazing person. I hope you have the happiest sixth birthday ever!
