I was so excited because I thought I would get this post done for Saturday. However, then I completely crashed after supper on Friday night and had no energy for blogging. Do you want to know how tired I was? I slept in until 10:30 yesterday morning. Ooops.
As you will see from one of the pictures, I am a little behind on a few things this week. Thankfully, we have a long weekend here in Canada, so I'm hoping I'll be able to catch up on things. We shall see... Anyways, as always, I'm linking up with Lysha at A Camera and A Cookbook for her I Spy photo challenge.

Clearly, I need to finish our October calendar. All I've managed to do is get the "numbers" down for one week and a couple of events. I need to change the month label and get the rest of the calendar done.

The burning bushes along the path are just starting to change colours and I love when that happens so this is definitely my choice to share for the week.
Hope you enjoy your nice long weekend! I am SO IMPRESSED with Sam and his soup...it sounds great!
ReplyDeleteSam's soup is DELICIOUS! And why can't every weekend be three days?!?!? It was the best!
DeleteA book about LFLs, how cool!
ReplyDeleteThat book sounds so cool!
ReplyDeleteThat book looks so neat! We're just starting to see a few little lending libraries cropping up around here. How lovely to have a kitchen helper!
ReplyDeleteI love when the kids take over the kitchen!
DeleteYAY for Sam, I love curred shrimp in many form. Come and stay with me for a while, I could do with a rest from cooking. CarolG
ReplyDeleteSuch an interesting photo for "wet". Perhaps I don't often notice because our driveway isn't paved? How nice you have a helper to make dinner!
ReplyDeleteI see leaves with the wet border all the time on our path, sidewalks, etc. Pretty much anywhere there are fallen leaves, moisture, and a hard surface.
DeleteLove the color change pic! Curried shrimp sounds yummy!
ReplyDeleteFrom this post, I requested the "Little Libraries, Big Heroes" book for Oliver from our local library.
