Project 364: Day 158 Through 164

June 8, 2014 -- We celebrated the twenty-five people who are eighty years and over at our church on Sunday. Our church tends to have a lot more young families than anything else so it was exciting to celebrate our elders too!
June 9, 2014 -- Sam and I got to go and watch Willem play soccer this day. It was fun to watch him since we'd never seen him play before.
June 10, 2014 -- A sore throat and incredible lack of energy sent me to bed early. I ate a salad for supper, watched Gilmore Girls, and fell asleep at 9pm.
June 11, 2014 -- I kept Sam home from school so he could have a play date with Aaron, who is moving to Kenya. These two are such good friends.
June 12, 2014 -- Dave and I exercised our right to vote in our provincial election.
June 13, 2014 -- Tessa finished strong in the Cambridge Classic Mile. We enjoyed getting to cheer her on!
June 14, 2014 -- We were excited to have Ella, Aaron, and Ben visit us one last time before they left for Kenya later this day. Ella helped me plant and water my basil. We will miss this family so very much.

  1. I'm sorry that you didn't feel too great. I am really glad that you got some time in with your friends before they moved. I can imagine that's a tough one. I really love how your family watches and supports Willem and Tessa.

Thank you for being interested in my life as I blog it and for leaving a comment. Comments make me happier than reading a good book and drinking a cold Coke. Almost :)
